Originally from the Laurentians, Joémie Michaud was fortunate to realize her passion for Communications and Marketing as a teenager. After her first jobs in graphic design and agency consulting, she learned the ropes with veterans of the Quebec advertising industry in the National Capital. In order to perfect her understanding of communications on a global level, she moved to Europe to complete a BBA in International Business Management. She worked in Monaco, in business development, before returning to Quebec in 2012.

Back in Canada, she first specialized in "web" (in the words of the time!) and as a Strategist oversaw the digital shift of various major accounts (B2C, B2B, charities). She then acted as a digital producer, then increasingly involved in creation; Copywriting, graphic design and social media management.

Joémie then made the leap to the client side, where she further perfected her strategic approaches and her sense of marketing opportunities through campaigns in traditional media, media placement, multi-platform production and large-scale event management. She launched her first 360° offensives and discovered a strong strength in managing multi-disciplinary teams, Over time, she also completed mandates in HR strategy (employer branding and recruitment), internal communications and public relations and finally, the creation of turnkey campaigns, from ideation to editing. Writing has always been central to her work.

Through his various positions and mandates over the past 17 years, a great commonality; her role as a strategic right-hand. Her 360° vision, creative sense, great autonomy, contagious positivism and formidable efficiency make her a mobilizing colleague, focused on bringing out the best in each member of the team.
