Originally from the Laurentians, Joémie Michaud was fortunate to realize her passion for marketing communications as a teenager. After her first jobs in graphic design and agency consulting, she learned the trade with veterans of the advertising industry. In order to perfect her understanding of Communications on a global level, she moved to Europe to complete a BBA in International Business Administration. She worked in Monaco, in business development, before returning to Quebec in 2012.

Upon her return, she initially specialized in the digital sphere (or "the web," as it was called back then!), spearheading the digital transformation of several major accounts as a Strategist across B2C, B2B, and charitable organizations. She subsequently served as a digital producer while moving increasingly into the creative side, focusing on copywriting, graphic design, and social media management.

Joémie then made the leap to the client side, where she further perfected her strategic approaches and her sense of marketing opportunities through campaigns in traditional media, media placement, multi-platform production, public relations and large-scale event management. She launched her first 360° offensives and discovered a marked strength in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Over time, she developed new expertise in HR-marketing (employer branding, recruitment, loyalty, content, internal communications) and in the creation of turnkey campaigns; from ideation to post-production. Writing has always been central to her work.

Across her various roles and mandates over the last 17 years, one common thread stands out: her role as a strategic right hand. Her 360° vision, creative flair, high degree of autonomy, contagious positivity, and formidable efficiency make her a unifying colleague, dedicated to bringing out the best in every team member.
